HOST FAMILY APPLICATION
FOOD AND MEALS INFORMATION:
You need to provide the student with three (3) meals daily a nightly snack. It is required that the student eats dinner with the host family. Conversation at dinner time is very important to connect with the student and to help the student practice English.
TRANSPORTATION:
You need to provide airport drop off and pick up at least six times a year. This is included in the monthly stipend. Students must be transported to school and be picked up from school every day. You need to provide transportation to the student after school if they decide to participate in tutoring, sports, club, etc.
CHRISTMAS BREAK:
Most students return home during the Christmas season. You need to bring them to an airport. The host family monthly payment will be paid in full amount for December.
SUMMER BREAK:
There is no payment during the summer if the student go back to his country for summer vacation. You will be received $100 storage fee. The student’s belongings can be stored in the garage or in a safe place of the house.
In order for you to be approved as a host family by the CFC Company, you must agree to the CFC Company Host Family Agreement, and send it back to me, along with:
1. A brief description about you and your family. Try to be creative; the students’ parents will read it before they choose the host family for their students.
2. Pictures of you, your family, and your home.
3. Copy of a Drive License/valid ID for everyone 18 or older living in the house.
4. A certificate of training for a Safe Environment Training (Virtus).
5. A complete Live Scan Application and Background Check.
